Worldview Nepal has successfully conducted storytelling video workshop for journalist. 15 journalists from print, online and radio participated in the workshop.
Participants were facilitated on how to create short film using mobile phones. All the participants had created a short film during the course of the workshop. Participants acknowledged the workshop as fruitful as they learnt how to work closely with technology especially mobile.
Facilitator Ramesh khadka emphasized on how journalism could be much more productive if used incorporated with the use of technology. Rajnesh bhandari, who works for al zajera, demonstrated how one can best make the use of mobile phone in modern day journalism.
President of worldview Nepal bharatdatta koirala shared his knowledge on how has mobile journalism has been a vital part in modern day. Participants were encouraged to make use of mobile and other technology in their day to day work. Journalists form Kantipur daily, 12khari, deshsanchar, bizpati.com, aarthik abhiyan, cij Nepal, lokantar were amongst the participants.
