Established on 28 Poush 2063 under the company Act 2063 (2006), Synergy Power Development Limited aims in promoting and developing Hdyropower in the country. Initially registered as a private company ( Synergy Power Development Pvt. Ltd.) It was converted to public company on 12 poush 2070. The company has completed the development of 10 MW Hydro Project located at gaurishankar VDC, Dolakha. (Siprinkhola Hydroelectric Project ) which has been in operation commercially since 03 Magh 2069.
