Established on 28th September, 2012; we have been successful in establishing Mutual Fund Industry in the Country. We are currently managing two close-end mutual fund schemes; Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme (SEOS) and Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF). After the successful operation of Mutual Funds, SCL has ventured into Merchant Banking businesses for which it has been awarded the license from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on 11 June 2015. SCL has also gained the status of Depository Participant as per the CDS Regulation 2010 and is a market leader in providing the services.
